I ordered these to put on the bottom of metal-legged bar stools that were scratching up the floor. The typical rubber feet would be "punched through" by the chair leg after a few months. These have steel and should stop the legs from punching through. great idea.

My husband uses his walker outside on concrete and gravel a lot, and these tips last longer with the hard use they get.

I find that these glides are a bit noisy on smooth flooring.

This tip fits my needs perfectly. It is an all rubber tip with a metal insert and it does not slip or slide on hard surfaces as the plastic types do. i will never buy any other type of tip again now that I know where to order them!
