At Top Glides, your satisfaction is our top priority. We know it's sometimes necessary to return or exchange an item. We want to make it easy.


Return or exchange your unused Top Glides items within 45 days of purchase by shipping it to our warehouse address below. No authorization or forms from customer service are required. Simple!

Important: Your returned purchase must be unused and in original packaging. Please include a copy of your shipping invoice or provide contact information with your return package so we can quickly and accurately credit your account.
Tracking & Insurance: We recommend that you ship your return via UPS or another tracked method to ensure delivery of your returned item. Also purchase insurance for your return shipment if needed.
Upon receipt we will credit your account for the purchase price. It's that easy! No return authorizations, phone calls, or complicated arrangements.

To speed exchanges we recommend that you immediately purchase your preferred items at TopGlides.net and then follow the steps above to return your original purchase. Of course you will need to pay for your new purchase but upon receipt of your returned item we will promptly credit your account for the original purchase price less shipping.
Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 45 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 4 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply log into your TopGlides.net account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
