Q: How long will walker glides last?
A: Every customer is different. We don't guarantee any time period because there are so many variables (e.g. smooth/rough surfaces, time used per day, etc). For each product we provide guidance for how the glides can be used (e.g. indoor, outdoor, both) so you can choose the best type for your needs. Q: How do I know the glide size I need to purchase?
A: You can remove one of your current glides and measure the diameter of the walker leg yourself. Some glides require that you measure the outside diameter of the tube (with the metal included) and other glides require that you measure only the inside diameter (without the metal included). Q: How do I get help if my walker glides arrive and I can't install them?
A: You can check our Help & Support section for helpful resources including product documentation and videos. Or Contact Us so we can personally assist you with installation.
Q: Why don't you always use original product packaging?
A: We typically ship products in their original packaging. However, we've received feedback that some packaging (typically thick plastic or boxes) can be difficult for some customers to open. We now remove excess product packaging just prior to shipping as an extra convenience for all customers (all discarded packaging is recycled). If you need a shipment in original packaging (e.g. it is a gift) then let us know and we'll be happy to arrange.
Q: What if I need to return the walker glides I received?

Q: There are so many choices! How do I know which glide is right for me?
A: We offer one of the largest selections of walker glides on the Internet. But that means there are many to choose. If you need help please Contact Us so we can learn about your needs and help you choose the best model for you.
Q: Do you sell bulk quantities of walker glides to groups or institutions?
A: Yes, we can handle larger orders and offer special discounts. Please Contact Us to arrange.
Q: Why can't my 10% discount code be applied to walkers, parts or accessories?
A: This special discount only applies to glide products. Top Glides began selling walkers, parts and accessories after the original offer began and the discount does not extend to those products.
Q: Where are your glides designed and manufactured?
A: Some of our products are designed locally in New Hampshire and others are sourced from US companies. Manufacturing is sometimes done overseas to keep prices low.
Q: I purchased a discount bundle but I can't use one of the free items. Can I return that item for a refund?
A: Free items in bundles do not have value and cannot be refunded. However we want you to be happy with your purchase so we can sometimes offer an exchange or store credit on TopGlides.net. Please Contact Us for assistance
Q: I received the right product but the company/brand is slightly different. Why?
A: Large medical supply companies often have more than one brand so their product is the same even if their packaging is different. Top Glides also reserves the right to substitute products of equal or better quality whenever an item is unavailable. If you have concerns please Contact Us for assistance.
Q: Are your products new or used?
A: Top Glides does not sell used products.
